Wonderful and relaxing stay!
beautiful gardens helpful staff clean pools
I loved the gardens with ponds, fountains, and nature. It was MAGNIFICENT! The staff was very helpful, providing adaptors for our plugs when we forgot the right ones. They also brought complimentary bubbly to our room on my birthday. The pool areas were very clean and secluded, with plenty of plants and trees.

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the fine gardens. The bathroom was very nice. The pressure in the shower was AMAZING!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, promptly addressing our needs. They provided excellent service from start to finish. The therapists spoke excellent English and were knowledgeable.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!
unique mix clean pool quick service
The gardens were AMAZING!!! They had a unique mix of ponds, fountains, pools, and natural elements, made the area magnificent. The pool and surrounding areas were kept clean. The plants and trees were good, despite the size of the resort. Staff members helped me with adaptor plugs, as they quickly brought the correct ones to my room.
The service and closed restaurants reduced the experience I anticipated. The pools close early at 7 pm. The place felt less like a family hotel. It had signs promoting quiet and restrictions on using certain amenities and removing bathrobes.

The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. It also had a balcony. I had a GOOD view of the surrounding gardens. The bathroom was large and clean with good water pressure in the shower.

The staff were friendly and helpful, addressing our needs promptly. The hotel quickly provided UK adaptor plugs when we realized we brought the wrong ones. They also left complimentary bubbly in the room for my birthday, alongside a kind note.

Breakfast offered an excellent variety of food, including gluten-free options and delicious omelets. The buffet restaurant had a great selection, with specials changing every evening. The Koh Samui restaurant was a favorite. Long trousers are required.

The lobby had a lovely design. I enjoyed a massage and I felt beautifully cared for from beginning to end. The pools were all fine and seemed designed to were good.

extensive grounds luxurious swimming pools helpful staff stolen pills poor management upsetting experience
the grounds are extensive and very relaxing. the swimming pools are luxurious. the staff are really friendly and helpful throughout the hotel.
housekeeping STOLE pills from my medication case. they also rooted through my clothes, which i found very upsetting. the management did not care about my complaint.

the gardens were beautiful and well cared for.
I found the lack of milk in the room quite disappointing. I requested it multiple times, but it never arrived, even after i emailed the hotel beforehand.

wonderful stay
friendly staff excellent food fine garden
i went on a mother-daughter trip. the staff were friendly. the gym is well-equipped. we had a fabulous massage. we went half board and the food was of an excellent standard. everywhere we went was spotlessly clean. our room was spacious and comfortable. the gardens are fine. the pools are all fine too.
the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
