i really appreciated the staff's attentiveness, especially the restaurant teams. they helped my wife with gluten-free food, very kind. guest services sent us a bottle of bubbly to celebrate our honeymoon. the room cleaners were also very thorough and kept everything super clean.
The walls seemed a little thin. I could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The beautiful double room included everything i needed. It was spacious and clean. the room had great amenities and the mini-fridge was restocked daily with water and soft drinks. the bed was comfortable and i slept very well.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It was about a ten-minute drive. the location also provided easy access to the beach, just a short walk away. there were several restaurants and shops nearby.

the hotel has a wide selection of food and drinks available, with buffet options to suit everyone. the entertainment team did a good job with all the activities on offer. i particularly enjoyed the night shows. the hotel also gave pool towels to all guests.

The hotel's location is really convenient near the airport. Proximity to clubs like Hi and Ushuaia is also a plus. I found it useful that there were vegetarian food choices available. I appreciated that the all-inclusive plan included awesome drink choices, like cocktails and ice cream (yum!).
I found some noise from neighbors, and there was an interconnecting door.

The staff was helpful and very professional, especially Sara at reception. Carla Murer as a guest service member was there to help if I needed anything. All staff are friendly and available for assistance.

The hotel pool was a good temperature and inviting. The beach was only a two-minute walk away from the hotel. Security personnel around the hotel did a good job, so I felt safe.

The transfer from the airport was quick, which really helps after travel. The hotel was super clean. Our room received a thorough cleaning every day. The staff was always friendly. It was a charmed experience.
The rooms were small. We booked one for three people. A sofa bed was squashed in a double bedroom. It felt very inconvenient (hardly any space!).

The drinks package has excellent choices of cocktails and ice-cream. The food was always fresh and well-presented. I found plenty of choices. The Sports Bar was tremendous. I'd recommend showing the Scotland game there. The pool was a lovely temperature!!!
The hotel doesn't have any sunbeds on the beach. I ended up paying 30 Euros a day for sunbeds and an umbrella and there were no watersports. I had to walk to get a drink, and there was no beach bar.

This location is especially close to the airport and big clubs like Hi and Ushuaia. I loved that it was within walking distance! Beach clubs are nearby, and there is a good choice of vegetarian food.

The hotel was wonderful, and I am thankful everyone was very friendly. The hotel is close to the airport. An Uber ride took only about 5 minutes. I easily accessed Uber. The drinks were very good, and the food was really good for an all-inclusive.
It wasn't clear where you could go, you had to really figure it out yourself. The app wasn't useful

The hotel had a good selection of drinks. Breakfast hours extended until 11, a very reasonable time for all guests. The accessibility to taxis was feasible, and the hotel was near the airport.
Check-in felt unprofessional. The receptionist seemed distracted by social media. The buffet food lacked inspiration. It tasted repetitive and often remained lukewarm. The pool remained closed for most of a day, and no explanation happened.
