I found the staff very friendly and helpful when my flight was cancelled. They allowed me to check in early. breakfast had a lot of options. It was super delicious. the location was perfect, with everything in close proximity. i definitely want to return because of the great size of the rooms.

the noise from outside bars and clubs was loud in the rooms, so i could not sleep well. the walls between rooms were also very thin.

The staff was always helpful, especially aaron. I appreciate it. juan at reception was helpful. He guided us patiently to local attractions and amenities. i think that all staff members were friendly.

There is a decent-sized pool with many sunbeds available. It is quite a big space. there are shops located opposite the hotel. It is very useful. club bcm is next door. It is literally next to the hotel.

The beach is only a 5-minute walk from here. night life is also just a 5 min walk. It is amazing. it is possible to reach the most beautiful and well-known beaches by car. It is easy.

I found the gym well-equipped with sufficient machines. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The hotel offered a great location with only a five-minute walk to the beach. (I was impressed by the beach!) I appreciated the cleanliness, as the rooms were cleaned daily.

I found that the mirror in the corridor had a small crack.

The food selection included plentiful options, especially the pizzas. There was always a choice of meat dishes, offering variety. I noted that omelettes are no longer offered at breakfast.

The staff seemed friendly and helpful . Juan at reception was particularly helpful, providing assistance when needed. The animation team worked hard to keep guests entertained throughout the day and evening.

The pool area was spacious with ample loungers available. The hotel location is convenient, near the beach and restaurants. The bus from the airport stops very close to the premises.
