some issues need addressing

inconsistent cleaning inadequate toiletries

i must state the minibar policy is quite odd. all items require payment, even water. the gym lacks a water filter. toiletries were not replenished adequately. shower gel lasted only a day. the room cleaning was inconsistent, water glasses were not replaced, and bathroom tissues were not refilled. i find these small oversights unacceptable at this price point.

clean room nice furniture helpful staff

I had such a wonderful experience here. The room was very clean and it was nicely furnished. I noticed it had modern appliances, including a nice coffee machine. The staff was always very helpful and friendly.

The bar at the pool charged a bit much for bottled water. It felt a little overpriced.

The hotel features two pools, one overlooks the sea and the Pine Walk. Sun beds are available near the sea, it ensures relaxation. There is no dedicated bar for the second pool, it requires ordering from elsewhere.

The breakfast offers a wide selection with Monica's show cooking, it presents a good variety. The hotel's restaurant has a terrace, it makes the perfect spot for afternoon drinks. I saw a sandpit area suitable for young children.

The reception staff is ready to assist with any needs. Staff demonstrates really good and friendly service, this. The chambermaid Anna keeps rooms immaculate, it contributes to a clean atmosphere.
