decent stay, but some issues
clean roommissing milkmissing sugar
the room was clean and had everything i needed. it was a superior double room.
i found the lack of attention to detail disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the cleaners didn't replenish the milk or sugar in the room. i had to get them from breakfast on the second day. it was like an oversight that shouldn't happen.

I found the staff helpful and efficient. They quickly addressed any questions i had. the location offers a peaceful retreat, quite removed from busier areas. the hotel premises were very well maintained, and i noticed the cleanliness immediately! also, the air conditioning in my room worked perfectly, which i appreciated given the weather.
The selection of tv channels was limited. I mostly got bbc world news.

the hotel provides a quiet atmosphere away from the main tourist crowds, ensuring a relaxing environment. it is near cala torret, within walking distance along the coast. the distance to mahon is approximately 20 minutes by car, a fairly short journey.

The hotel has multiple pools that offered ample space for relaxation. Many sunbeds were always available! i saw that the fitness center has high-quality equipment for various workouts. the gardens are well maintained.
