My room had lovely views. The staff was always kind. I especially want to thank the gym for having nice accessories. The accessories included towels, earphones, and apples. The hotel guests use these items for free.

fantastic view spacious shower impersonal check-in slow response

the room on the 21st floor gave me a fantastic view. the shower was spacious and the furnishings felt very high quality (loved the modern design!).

the check-in felt impersonal and quite cold. i also noticed strangers loitering near the fire escape by my room and it took a long time for the staff to respond to my concerns.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. breakfast offered a wide selection, including fresh fruit and pastries. the gym had treadmills and stationary bikes (i used the treadmill every morning).

the elevators sometimes experienced slight delays during peak hours.
