the underground station is close. it allows quick transfers once i reached the city. i didn't worry about long walks. chenlyn costantino from guest relations helped me a lot because i celebrated my daughter. the breakfast staff were very friendly also.

the room was HOT. i opened a window. the noise from the street at 2am was too loud. there was a bright light. the light came straight in.

The health club had extensive facilities. It featured a pool and a modern gym with several machines. The location was also very convenient for exploring different parts of the city. The staff really enhanced my visit. They were quite helpful from arrival until departure.

I encountered an issue with the room's air conditioning. It did not seem to cool the room effectively. This made the room quite stuffy at times.

The room temperature was not properly regulated. It was uncomfortably warm. I requested assistance and received a fan, but its condition was questionable as it was quite filthy. This fell short of expectations. the promised refund for an earlier inconvenience has yet to materialize, despite repeated attempts to contact the guest relations manager.

the staff was SO helpful and friendly. it was a POSITIVE aspect.

our room's air conditioning did not work. the tv ALSO failed to function, even after we told the front desk. we paid top dollar for the room, but were told THAT'S the standard we paid for.
