the breakfast was lovely i especially liked the quality ingredients. the staff were friendly and professional. my upgraded room had a super comfortable bed and it was spotlessly clean . the location was very convenient near transportation.
i found only one coffee sachet in the room. it would have been better to have more.

The super clean room was okay. A rooftop bar did exist.
There was a discretionary charge added to the bill. I didn't get told about it at check in, and I only noticed it when I got my receipt. It felt really cheeky to add another charge when I was paying a lot for one night.

Really good Hotel Experience!

I appreciated the great location, right across from the train station. This made getting around easy. The room had huge windows, so the space was wonderfully bright. Staff was very helpful, assisting with my luggage storage at 5 AM before my scheduled tour. Returning at 11 PM, I found my luggage already in my room. The service was AMAZING!!!

the hotel is in a SUPER convenient location near the stations. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful . the fitness center had everything i needed for my workouts. i used the treadmills and stationary bikes.
my room did not have a window which was a surprise. i also felt the room was not cleaned to the highest standard. the equipment in the room seemed a little old and worn.
