A Decent Stay Overall

clean room helpful staff slow elevator slow check-in

The location is excellent. It is very close to many key attractions (a short walk to shopping areas). The staff were helpful in providing directions. The room was clean and well kept. Daily housekeeping ensured it remained that way.

The check-in process was slow. I had to wait longer than expected. The elevator service was also quite slow (especially during peak hours). This caused some delays in getting to my room.

lovely stay

helpful staff amazing food perfect room

the staff ensured everything was perfect they really treated me impeccably i felt so welcomed the whole time. i enjoyed the food it was amazing i seemed like royalty it. the room was perfect i had everything i could possibly need so i really felt pampered in my room. i had a chauffeur pick me up and the driver was helpful he really took care of my luggage well.

i had trouble with the concierge about a car to take me somewhere the information i got was confusing. i spoke to a few people to get the details it was frustrating i just wanted to know the details. it was a mess but it did not ruin my stay i was just a little inconvenience

the hotel is centrally located making it easy to reach various attractions and bond street is only a short walk away i loved it. the convenience of accessing different parts of the city was fantastic

i really enjoyed the festive afternoon tea which even included a choir it was very nice i was amazed. the florist does a amazing job the floral arrangements were creative and beautiful so it was really excellent

Really good Stay at a Classic Hotel

marble bathroom space age

The room featured a decadent marble bathroom with a space age Toto toilet. Room service was very fast and the food was lovely (especially the club sandwich!).

The mini bar items were quite elitist. Though the hotel is overall excellent, more variety would be welcomed.

lacking communication inconsistent service

the rooms are very new comfortable and clean.

i had high expectations given the price point and reputation. it was clear from check-in we wouldn't receive a warm welcome due to traveling with young children. service was inconsistent and staff communication seemed lacking.
