The location was AMAZING. It's a short walk from Terminal 2. Reception allowed us to take our luggage trolleys to the room, which helped a lot. The room itself was spacious and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. I slept really well.

The location proved convenient. A quick walk from terminal 2 made arrival simple. i appreciated the option to keep the luggage trolleys in my room (this was a great help at 4am). the runway bar on level 14 provided nice views and a relaxing atmosphere after a long day.

The directions to terminal 5 could use an update. The printed instructions were not quite accurate.

I had a drink at the bar, and I was later contacted about not signing a bill, but this was resolved at departure.

The location was convenient for terminal 2. It was only a short walk. the rooftop bar offered excellent views. the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff during check-in seemed overwhelmed and not particularly cute. the fire alarm went off at 7am. This required walking down many flights of stairs. there was no clear communication from the hotel staff about the situation.
