decent hotel with a few drawbacks

breakfast choices convenient location small pool late night access

the breakfast had a lot of choices including gluten free options. i found the hotel's location quite convenient, close to shopping and attractions (it made exploring easy).

the pool was smaller than expected, especially considering how large the hotel is. the main entrance was locked late at night (around 3 am). it caught me off guard and created a bit of inconvenience.

Really good City Stay!

I found the location excellent. Everything felt very accessible. The hotel staff was always eager to assist. Their service was prompt and attentive. I especially loved the rooftop bar that offered priority seating. This made every evening special, I enjoyed this a lot.

The pool was quite small for such a large hotel. It was somewhat of a disappointment.

The room had a king-sized bed and a well-kept bathroom, I also had a rainfall shower and dual sinks. The provided toiletries were high-quality and refreshed daily. This room offered a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day.

This hotel is situated near the city center. Many attractions were easily accessible. I was able to walk to numerous restaurants and shops without issue. The surrounding area felt safe and vibrant with constant activity.

a TRUE gem in the city

amazing location friendly staff spacious room endless choices

i found the location amazing, close to a metro station. the staff were fabulous and very friendly. our family room was spacious and clean. a wonderful perk was the access to the sky bar. the breakfast options felt endless.

the hotel offers convenient bus and metro links right outside its doors. it sits at the bottom of gran via. shopping is wonderfully easy from this superb location. the rooftop bar is a must visit.

the hotel is in a central location with easy access to main attractions. breakfast offered many good choices. i found the variety quite satisfying. staff members were helpful and attentive to my needs.

the elevators were often crowded and slow. wait times were excessive, particularly during peak hours. this caused delays in getting to my room and other facilities.

the location was acceptable as it was near the metro station.

The elevators proved unreliable. The wait times were excessive. the room lacked sufficient soundproofing. Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted sleep. a more robust system for managing elevator traffic and better sound insulation would enhance the quality of stay.

The location proved excellent. the hotel sits close to major attractions, allowing convenient access. the breakfast had great variety. i liked the fresh fruit selection. the rooftop bar provided amazing views. the staff were friendly and efficient. I felt well-cared for .

the elevator system sometimes felt a bit slow, especially during peak hours. (still, it wasn't a big deal).
