The location was convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was a Junior Suite and it was clean upon arrival. The rooftop bar provided city views.
The room felt dated and the carpet showed visible wear. The bathroom lacked a walk-in shower, it only had a deep tub. The air conditioning was quite noisy and disrupted the sleep.

The location is really good. It is right in the middle of the shopping district. the rooftop views are magnificent and provide panoramic views of the surroundings. i particularly appreciated that the staff, especially alex lecea and meri ros, provided great service.
