The location was central. i loved the breakfast service. Two ladies served it and were so warm. the room provided every necessary amenity. It was very comfortable. burghley house is conveniently located about a kilometre away.

the website did not clearly state the sunday lunch menu. it should have been displayed more prominently.

staff were really friendly and the location was convenient.

The room assigned was quite small, like a single room with a double bed squeezed in, and it was in a separate building with a locked gate. The path to access it was narrow and overgrown with vegetation.

the location was central (i liked that it was easy to walk around the town).

i was disappointed with dinner. i ordered pork belly, but it was mostly jelly fat with a bit of dry meat. it was not well cooked (not what i expected). the restaurant's service was slow. overall, the food did not meet my expectations.

The staff were friendly. The check-in process was quick. I found the outdoor seating area beautiful. The cleaning lady helped me when my husband forgot his ring.

The townhouse room I stayed in was small for two people. There was not enough space to sit. The double bed took up most of the room. We needed more space.
