the room was clean. it was a king room, and it felt spacious. breakfast was also okay, and had a lot of different options. i liked the fresh fruit.

my room had a dripping gutter right outside the window. it dripped all night and that was quite annoying. the restaurant was closed too, even i had a reservation.

I found ample parking available upon arrival. A lovely doggy welcome gift box included a blanket and a travel water bowl. My dog enjoyed it. Annie walked us to a large field for dog play, this was so convenient. The front garden featured outdoor sofas and beautiful lighting, it was a lovely area.

The restaurant get very busy and dogs aren't allowed, but the bar area allow dogs and have different menus to chose from.

The hotel provides convenient amenities that includes a massive field behind, perfect for dog walks and outdoor activities, also a gorgeous front garden area that offers nicely arranged seating and beautiful lighting.

Our king room was roomy and spotlessly clean, this included the bathroom, and the bed was super comfortable. The room provided a good space to relax and unwind after a day of travel and activities.

All staff were friendly and accommodating throughout the stay, they made a fuss of my dog. Annie was super helpful, she personally walked us to the field. Oliver, Lili, Melanie and Katie are very special staff.

The hotel offers delicious menus with great choices in the bar areas. The food was amazing for both breakfast and supper. The hotel won a hospitality award for their food, it was well deserved.

All areas were clean, i noticed! i ate in the restaurant. The menu was basic. a staff member was very attentive. I didn't know their name! breakfast was good. There was plenty of choice! and it was well set out, too

the tea and coffee facility in my room was basic. it would be better with some decent teabags and coffee options for the price paid.
