friendly staff attached patio huge park

I experienced really kind staff who did offer attentive service. Our dog friendly room had a sweet little attached patio. The huge park across the road was a bonus.

The room was small and it could have been cleaner. Grout between tiles had stains.

The breakfast was freshly cooked and quite nice.

The shower temperature fluctuated wildly. It alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold. The steam from the shower also repeatedly set off the smoke alarm. This.

cute staff clean room well equipped

I found the staff very cute. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it was well cooked and nicely presented. our double room was well equipped and very clean. I appreciated that very much.

the reception was to be rarely manned, so i had to wait a while on arrival.

convenient parking clean room comfortable bed

parking proved convenient upon my arrival the room was clean and the bedding felt fresh air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature. the bed provided a very restful sleep i found the shower to be nicely hot.

the light from outside shone under the door due to my room's proximity to the pub's outside area

constant humming periodic power surge

the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in.

The noise level was a real issue. I could clearly hear the noise from what seemed like the boiler room throughout the night. the constant humming and periodic power surges made it hard to relax, let alone get a good night's sleep.
