helpful staff spacious room tasty dinners
the staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment i arrived the room was spacious and well presented with excellent bathroom facilities the bed assured a good night's sleep dinners proved tasty and were attentively served by the waitresses it was a worthwhile experience
the internet tv was difficult to use for basic channels

renovated room communal area sunny patio nice presentation
the room was renovated along with communal areas. restaurant and bar areas are nice. The patio is appealing on sunny days. the menu includes traditional options. The preparation and presentation are nice.
the underfloor heating in the room did not function, disappointing. the bed felt too bouncy with weak edges.

helpful staff quality toiletries
The breakfast was really good with helpful staff. the hotel has lovely grounds. My dog seemed to love them (i was allowed to bring him). the room was very clean and included high quality toiletries.
Soundproofing between rooms is poor. I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room.

dusty room uncomfortable beds
the room was dusty and i saw dead insects. instead of a double bed twin beds were pushed together so there was a gap. i felt rushed when the cleaners entered my room before checkout and i got a call from reception asking if i had left everything. it made me feel unwelcome since i paid a decent rate
