comfortable bedplumbing noisemacerator pump
the room had a comfortable bed I appreciated that.
the plumbing noise was loud especially at night making sleep difficult i think it was due to a macerator pump system other guests used this made the stay less restful.

the staff was really friendly. they provided great service throughout my visit. the room was clean. breakfast included several good choices.
the bedroom was rather dark. it needs more light. i also found the bathroom to be a bit smelly so i kept the door closed. the evening meal was somewhat disappointing, the food was overcooked.

dim lightingbathroom odor
i found some issues with the facilities the bedroom lacked sufficient lighting it felt quite dark even with all lights on additionally the bathroom emitted an unpleasant smell i had to keep the door closed to manage it though the room was clean with ample towels and toiletries the odor was persistent the hotel needs to address these problems.

lovely stay!

attentive staffexcellent menucozy feelfirst class staff
I found the staff very attentive. the room included good facilities. the menu offered excellent choices and well presented meals. breakfast was superb. It was freshly cooked. the location had comfortable outdoor seating with different areas. there was a play area for families. the restaurant areas were interesting. the bar was also comfortable. the hotel was lovely. staff were friendly. i felt welcome when i arrived. the room had a lovely cozy feel. the place is fantastic. the staff are first class. i liked the food and drinks. nothing was too much trouble for them.
the bedroom was quite dark. i thought it could use a big light. the bathroom had a bit of a smell, so i kept the door closed.
