the food disappoints i thought it had been pre-prepped and kept warm the menu choices were good preparing fresh would make such a difference breakfast was really good and obviously made to order

The receptionist was friendly and very efficient. She was also knowledgeable when I checked in. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that.
The room was noisy. It was from the street and internally, as I was above reception. I could hear the conversations below. That was frustrating.

The location was conveniently within walking distance of victoria park. the staff were nice and helpful with directions. my room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious too. i especially loved the english breakfast i had each morning.
the corridors smelled a bit musty, i had to shut the bathroom door. there was no air conditioning in the room i stayed in. i found the single bed to be too small for my liking.

I appreciated the central location of the hotel. It provided easy access to nearby attractions. The parking facilities were also a significant benefit. I found the breakfast to be excellent.
My room was on the Main Street and it was very noisy. I had difficulty sleeping due to the noise. The air conditioning did not function properly.
