the large guy at reception upon arrival was not kind making me feel awkward it reminded me of i needed a personality transplant to deal with that the bed was hard i woke up with stiff hips and a bad back there were no sockets by the bed either and the light switches did not work so i couldn't charge my phone or turn off the light without getting up

The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the helpful reception staff and the quick check in process. The restaurant had good food that tasted freshly cooked.

The room's radiator made the room warm but only a thin duvet was provided so I was a bit cold.

the hotel has plenty of parking spaces available .

check-in took too long. i arrived before the official check-in time, and they told me to wait ten minutes. it then took 45 minutes to finally get my room. the bathroom had rusty taps and a large crack in the sink of the standard double room.

The second night was cheaper! i was charmed that they upgraded our room because it was my birthday. the team was always helpful. Nothing seemed like too much. i am already looking forward to my next visit.

the breakfast finished quite early at 9 am, though this wasn't a major issue.

The room was clean. it was a family room, so there was space. breakfast had lots of options. I ate lots. the staff was fast, which i found super useful.

The hotel looks nothing like in the pictures. I was expecting much more. the rooms is very dated. the beds are very uncomfortable. I had back aches all night.
