the sitting area in the superior double room felt special. it included a huge comfortable bed. every corner was clean and tidy , which i really appreciated. the breakfast was among the best i have had in a hotel, with regular bread available instead of just sourdough.
the tv remote was missing from the room , it was slightly inconvenient.

the hotel features a safe enclosed garden, a very nice space for children. parents are able to easily supervise their play. there is a good choice of wine and water. i loved the relaxed atmosphere here.

The hotel gardens were immaculate with well-tended flower beds. i found a spacious terrace at the rear. It was great. i appreciated the comfortable bed in my room. the location was very quiet.
the hotel seemed like it needed a little updating in some areas.

The staff were very cute and friendly. They provided excellent service . Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. The facilities met expectations. The hotel prepared sunday roast (a dish very delicious and plentiful).
The room I stayed in felt cold. The radiator did not seem to function correctly.

I found a great selection of alcohol on tap. the menu was also great. keeley, daphne, and millie offered great service throughout the night. i had the wroxton burger with skin on fries. It was AMAZING!!! there was a wonderful outdoor area too.
The room wasn't the cleanest. there was an issue with the blind. The staff knew this but did not tell us upon checking in. staff assisted in wedging the blind shut to help cool the very hot room! mould was around the shower screen.

good sizesplit flooringshower grime
the breakfast was a good size. it was filling and set me up for the day.
the hotel felt a bit neglected overall. the bathroom had split flooring and grime around the shower. the shower head was also hanging off, it was like nobody had checked the room for a while.
