friendly staff central location free parking
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered an expected selection. I found the central location excellent, especially with the provided free parking for residents around the back.
The receptionist was a bit unwelcoming.

firm bed fresh towels
I stayed in the Classic Double Room. The bed was very firm! which supported my back well during the night. The room included complimentary toiletries and fresh towels.
The tv remote did not have batteries.

small fan no fridge
the room included a coffee machine, nice. there was no fridge, though. it got hot, so i only had a very small desk fan. with no air conditioning and no way to keep water cold, i probably would not stay again for that reason. i found breakfast quite nice.

dab radio really good staff blueberry sponge dog friendly room brown hair shower wall
i loved the dab radio playing classic fm when i entered my room. it really helped me unwind after a stressful day. the blueberry sponge with lemon sauce was gorgeous too. the waiting staff was really good.
i booked a dog friendly room and didn't realize it. i am allergic to dogs. there was long brown hairs stuck on the wall in the shower.
