the staff were friendly and helpful, I appreciated that.
the room was REALLY cold, AND the heater didn't work. the door didn't close properly. the tv remote was also missing and didn't seem to work, even after one was brought to me.

uncomfortable bedcold food
The bed was undeniably uncomfortable. It felt quite hard! also, there was only one pillow per person, and its quality was not great. Some extras in the wardrobe would have been welcomed. the breakfast setup felt unorganized and tables remained uncleared and unset when i arrived for breakfast. the food itself, especially the bacon, was cold and clumped together.

i had a very nice twin room, and it was quite clean. the beds were indeed comfortable. there was ample free parking available, a real plus for me. housekeeping did a stellar job, keeping everything super clean .
The pillows lacked structure. I found them too soft. this made getting a comfortable night's sleep a little challenging.

The staff were cute and helpful . My room included numerous wall sockets and USB ports making device charging easy. The breakfast offered a really good selection of food including a variety of dairy-alternative milks which was appreciated.
I found that the online check-in process was not streamlined since I still needed to stop at reception. I had to check-in manually and get a physical key and this.

The room was clean and a good size it included an ironing board with a clean iron. Extra pillows were available which was very convenient and comfortable for a good night's rest.

The hotel offered ample off-road parking making it easy to park and access the premises. It is positioned in a quiet area on the edge of town creating a relaxed environment.

Breakfast included kellogg's cereals rather than cheaper alternatives a benefit I greatly appreciated. The hotel had a good choice of food particularly fruit with a wide selection of fresh options.
