The facilities were excellent, particularly the breakfast with wide options to accommodate different dietary requirements. I also appreciated the generous size of the roomwith a comfortable bed and spacious layout. The hotel staff were accommodating when I requested an additional night.
I found that everything in the room, including the kettle, coffee, tea, and spare towels, was hidden away in a cupboard. It would have been more convenient if these items were readily accessible.

The Executive Double Room offered ample space and comfort, it included a very comfortable bed, clean surfaces, and a relaxing atmosphere. Linens were crisp, and blackout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep.. a relaxing space.

The hotel boasts a well-kept gym, it featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines. A large, clean swimming pool is present, it provided a refreshing option for recreation.

Reception staff demonstrated friendliness and efficiency, they were always ready to assist with inquiries or requests. Hotel staff worked diligently to ensure a seamless experience, I noted Juliet's hard work in particular.

the bar offered nice facilities. the food was good and reasonably priced. i found the location relatively easy to get to, though the signage could be improved. the room generally met expectations and offered essential facilities.
the hotel felt cold overall. my room was particularly freezing. i noticed that the air conditioning did not work properly, and the towel rail was also faulty. hand soap was missing by the sink in the bathroom.

The bar was a nice area to spend the evening. That's about it.
I was VERY disappointed with the cleanliness. the rooms were tired, paint was chipped, and i found mould in the bathroom. this is definitely NOT 4-star accommodation. the hotel was also noisy. I woke up several times through the night because of dogs barking and doors slamming.

the bar facilities are very nice and the spa includes a pool and sauna. I found my room quite spacious with all needed facilities, such as an additional heater, a mini fridge and ironing equipment. I also had both a bath and a shower, VERY convenient. The hotel gave good value for money, I would come again.
