unresponsive staff thermostat malfunction

the gym had adequate equipment available for a basic workout.

the room temperature was difficult to regulate. the thermostat would not increase above 16°c, and the reception staff showed no interest in addressing this issue. i found this lack of concern disappointing.

the staff were cute upon arrival. the breakfast was great and offered many choices. the gym had updated equipment. the room was clean and well maintained.

the spa was quite busy during peak hours.

the room was clean.

i was Disappointed with my stay. the hallway and my room felt cold, and the thermostat never went above 16°C. reception didn't care when i reported this, and the manager never contacted me, even after ihg promised they would.
