Breakfast was great. The location is good. The room was comfortable enough.
The room I had was far too small. There were no facilities for hanging clothes, quite annoying. The bed pretty much filled the entire room..
the welcome was warm with staff taking time to converse. our room was beautifully decorated it was also clean. all the facilities were in working order. the breakfast was delicious
i found there was not anywhere to hang clothes apart from a rail above the kettle. this was not fit for purpose. the room took ages to warm up

The staff were friendly and caring. Leah, the sous chef, helped me get a taxi to Dorridge railway station after the bus did not arrive. The room featured a great shower, a very comfortable bed, and cleanliness. Breakfast included a large and tasty traditional meal, dinner was also very good.

There wasn't much space to hang clothes. Only a rail above the kettle was available. it really wasn't adequate unless you plan to hang very small garments.

The reception staff were friendly. They promptly addressed my queries and requests. the dining staff were attentive to my dietary needs at breakfast. i found that the housekeeping staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.
the breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent i also thought the restaurant and bar area had a good menu choice the location seemed nice too
the room took ages to warm up i could clearly hear conversations from next door through the thin walls there was nowhere to hang clothes apart from a rail above the kettle

Excellent Experience

Check-in was easy. My room was comfortable. The staff was great. Parking was very easy, with lots of space available, a definite plus for me! Entering the building, everything looked clean and well ordered. The bar and dining room were very well managed.
There wasn't anywhere to hang clothes. A rail above the kettle was the only option. This wasn't really fit for purpose. I had to hang my coats on the door mechanism.
