I found the room modern and clean. It included tea and coffee facilities I greatly appreciated. The log fire created a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast provided a wide selection of choices.
The carpet in the room showed some staining in places it could use replacement.

This hotel features cute staff and a very clean environment, I think. Rehan hosted us, providing amazing service during the weekend. The grounds were picturesque, quintessential British countryside for sure. Our family room had everything needed for my family of 4, I tell ya.
The Wi-Fi signal was a little weak in some areas, I noticed. I had some issues to connect and browse the web in the evening.

Breakfast had a great selection of items, you know like a full English breakfast, fruit, yoghurt, and cereal items. I really liked the variety of options and the quality of the food, I did. The restaurant served excellent evening meals in a really nice atmosphere, I can confirm.

i found the staff greeted me with smiles and were very efficient. the breakfast provided good choices and all items tasted fresh. staff members were friendly and very helpful . in the evening, the food choices were varied and the staff maintained a professional attitude.
the shower screen leaked slightly, causing a small puddle on the bathroom floor.
