The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I found the resort was very clean. The bath robes and towels seemed to be good quality.
Towels seemed rough and there was no TV in the room. I was put in a disabled room close to reception and I could hear people. I complained but was told I booked a disabled room.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the lodge was perfect and cosy, with its own dog bed and bowls! the restaurant food earned a perfect score. the waiting staff were also very lovely.
breakfast wasn't quite as really good as the rest of the experience. it was still good, though.

the bathroom had quality products and i found delicious cookies in the room, which i liked.
I found there were no tvs in the room, a feature i appreciate for downtime. the rooms were cold. It took a while to warm up. i wasn't informed about a golf tournament happening the next day, so i woke up early to loud noises. it was disappointing.

I enjoyed the friendly staff. They were helpful upon arrival. the restaurant food was amazing. the views were really nice. i found fair prices too.
the wi-fi signal was a bit weak in certain areas of the hotel, but it wasn't a major issue.

The staff were helpful and friendly at both the hotel reception and restaurant. They were always at hand to assist. The greenery and fresh air created a beautiful change of scenery. It was like we were in the middle of nowhere, yet there were always people nearby because of the golf club.
There was no TV in the room.

the grounds were fine! the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was amazing, such a comfy bed. the food was really good.
the room was very expensive. we got a tiny window, so the room was dark with little natural light. there was no tv or fridge in the room, for the price. it's a lot of money for those missing items.
