The staff were very cute. they accommodated my request for early check-in after my long journey. i also received fresh baked cookies delivered to my room. They tasted delicious. loads of parking space were available.

The breakfast did not include a full range of options. I expected more variety.

Parking is free and ample, great if you have a car. the hotel boasts lovely grounds around the building. the building is nice, with well kept rooms. There is no lift to reach the third floor.

The restaurant's interior is lovely. my dishes tasted great and were nicely presented. i appreciated the gluten-free menu. I also had a 30% discount voucher. tea and coffee were charged extra at breakfast, which i didn't like.

the room had a good design. the bed were comfortable. i also found the staff helpful and cute and they carried our suitcases, very nice.

the pie crust tasted hard, it reminded me of it had been made a few days before. our order for drinks took a while. even though it wasn't a big or complicated order. i think the service should be more prompt.

The location suited my needs perfectly. It had a good car park. the building was nice, and the rooms were lovely. the service was efficient.

My room had a slightly noisy water pipe. It banged every 20 minutes.
