some issues

clean roomconstant noisefaulty window
the room was clean. that's about it.
The noise was TERRIBLE!!! my room was near the staff break area. I could hear constant kitchen noise. staff were smoking right outside. I wanted to see the grounds, not employees smoking. also, the window didn't shut properly, and it was cold all night. i asked four times for the heating to be switched on. It never happened. the bathroom radiator didn't work either, so my towels stayed wet.

Adequate Stay, Room for Improvement

poor welcomeintegrated reception
The initial welcome was lacking. The reception area is integrated with the bar. I had to wait for the bartender to finish serving customers before I could check in. The room itself had some issues. The breakfast also disappointed. I expected more for the price.
