The staff accommodated my coeliac needs and my wife's disabilities. We got a ground floor room. The room came equipped with a shower, helpful for my wife. The hotel provides ample parking.
The fish and chips at dinner disappointed. The fish was incinerated, and the portion was quite small.

the room had a great tv and the provided tea and coffee was okay.
the bathroom had issues. the hot water came from the cold tap and vice versa. there wasnt any heating in the room and they gave me a heater that was checked last in 2016. its not safe at all.

the staff were friendly and helpful! i especially loved that they chopped up a melon we brought for us. i found the prices to be reasonable , which is always a plus. the hotel is close to a designer retail outlet , a great bonus for shopping!
the room felt quite dusty , a definite downside. the shower room seemed seriously outdated. i noticed brown stains on the sink and mould in the shower , not very appealing.
