incorrect beverage chargingunadjusted bill
the hotel charged incorrectly for beverages. the menu card displayed £11.20 for a glass of rioja. the bill showed £12.85. staff insisted the higher price was correct but offered no apology and did not adjust the bill. this policy on beverage prices is unacceptable.

The staff were very helpful. I was upgraded to a lovely suite. Dinner at the restaurant was very nice. Breakfast was also very good (especially the full English!).

the dining experience was acceptable.
the tv in the room was outdated and lacked hd channels.. it reminded me of a step back in time. furthermore, the bath was very shallow, and the shower screen allowed water to escape onto the bathroom floor. the coffee was not good, despite the food being of a high standard.

i found lovely staff. they were very friendly and helpful. the food tasted amazing. it felt so good. our character double room was very clean. fresh biscuits were in the room. the bed was comfortable. we had so much hot water. the location gave us a perfect access to our anniversary countryside walks.
the tv in our room seems outdated. it did not have hd channels. it also wasn't a smart tv. i consider the shower screen needs an update. there was a puddle on the bathroom floor after i use it. this requires more attention.

the hotel's location allowed a short, convenient drive to stanley house. this is good for wedding guests. it is also great for enjoying the villages. guests can also enjoy the walking countryside.

I found the staff so attentive and genuinely friendly. the evening meal was fabulous with a hearty breakfast following. cocktails ended my day. The bar had a log fire. the rooms were super clean.
i noticed an outdated tv in my room. it didn't have hd channels and wasn't a smart tv.
