superb experience at this location

helpful staff large room spacious bathroom

The staff were friendly and very helpful. I really appreciated their willingness to assist with every query. my room was large and spacious, benefitting from natural light through the window. the en suite was also generous, providing ample space and necessary amenities.

The key system felt somewhat odd. I had to use the side fire exit during specific hours, a little awkward.

Louisa was especially helpful. She assisted me with all my needs. other team members were friendly and quick. They always did their best. the receptionist managed an early check in, which i found very kind.

The restaurant provided excellent meals with a good menu, i must say. i found the bar lounge area atmospheric. This contributed positively to my stay. the breakfast was very good. I thought there was a reasonable price.

the bed was comfortable, and i slept well. the room was tidy and clean. facilities such as the coffee and tea maker and iron were good. the shower was hot and powerful.

Really good Staff and Warm Welcome

helpful staff early check-in superb breakfast

The staff proved really good . They were helpful and friendly (a lovely bonus!). I arrived early, and the staff were very accommodating with check-in. The breakfast the next morning was superb.

The bar felt cold when I arrived, and no snacks were available at that time.
