a satisfactory stay

convenient location friendly staff clean room poor soundproofing thin duvet rotten window frames

the location was really convenient for seeing local attractions. the staff were friendly, they made check-in easy. the room was very clean and well-furnished. breakfast was great (especially the bacon!).

the soundproofing was not great. i could hear noise from other rooms, and it disrupted my sleep. the duvet cover felt thin, it did not keep me very warm. the wooden window frames were a bit rotten, there was a cold draft.

ABSOLUTELY amazing stay!

quick staff fantastic spot central location

The staff showed us to our room quickly. The beer garden is a fantastic spot. It is very central and great for exploring. The food being served looked AMAZING!!! I will be back to try it next time!

The room was advertised as a double. It was essentially a single room as the bed was against the wall.

Every staff member we spoke to gave Really good customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The staff were friendly, polite, good humour, and very professional. I REALLY appreciated it.

My luxury double room had a wonderful ensuite bathroom. The amenities were perfect including a power shower. I also appreciated the iron, hair dryer, biscuit treats, coffee, and tea supplies. The location is central.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with directions. the room was super clean, i noticed that immediately. the location was great for walking into the town centre. It was so convenient.

the room was noisy, i could hear both external and internal sounds. breakfast lacked a continental selection, i missed that. the person above me was pacing and every move was audible.
