Minor issues During my stay

The hotel room featured a HUGE tv and a comfortable sofa with a footstool, a kitchenette with utensils, pots, a microwave, a kettle, and a pod coffee maker.

The Zoom restaurant disappointed. They ran out of food at breakfast (even after 20 minutes, it wasn't replaced). Staff seemed to lack direction and i ate the worst caesar salad I have ever tasted.

the suite was spacious it included a full kitchen with a hob oven and a microwave all plates cutlery and glasses were available the bed was very comfortable i appreciated the pivoting tv servicing both the sleeping and lounge areas it was a great feature.

i noticed dust in some areas the cleaning could have been more thorough i believe this is an area the hotel should address to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The room was spacious and had all the facilities I needed.

The evening meal was not good. There was no drinks menu available, and there were not many soft drink choices for teenagers. My daughter ordered bbq chicken, but received dry chicken wings without barbecue sauce. I complained to the staff, but they asked if I wanted to order dessert.

Really good Stay!

The staff was great and helpful. I got a good price for a room in the city center. The room was very clean. I highly recommend this location for its convenient access and top services.

The fitness room felt too small for the number of hotel guests. I noticed that people had to queue to use machines. This caused some delays during peak hours, I think more equipment should be added.

The train station is very close, just a couple minutes walking. Many buses pass near the hotel. This location gives easy access to transportation. The hotel is just a short walk from the city center.

The breakfast had a good variety. It set me up nicely for the day. The rooftop bar provided a nice spot for evening drinks. The breakfast staff was also attentive during busy times.

The hotel has modern, intelligent space solutions. A pay and display car park sat under the railway arches behind the hotel. This car park provides a more reasonable price than the Q park. A little kitchen area was especially handy.

The room was spacious. It had modern furnishings with almost everything available. There was a microwave, a refrigerator, and an iron. The staff were friendly AND helpful. The breakfast was lovely and had a great selection.

The sink in the kitchenette was leaking the floor was wet. Not enough tissues were provided. The tv didn't has anything to play NEITHER would connect to phone.
