shredded beefpoor service
The so-called brasing steak I ordered bore no resemblance to any brasing steak I have ever seen. It was shredded roast beef stuffed into a ring with gravy ladled on top. I worked as a cook for years and never saw such a thing. The service was equally disappointing. Quite underwhelming really.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues

early check-inmissing handles
The staff were friendly and allowed an early check-in.
The room showed signs of wear. Some of the drawer handles were missing and this detracted from the experience (it's the small details).

The staff showed us everything in the room at check in. I appreciated that a lot. we got a king suite as an upgrade, really lovely. i had drinks in the busy bar and the atmosphere was great, even when busy.
the family room only had one milk between three of us, a real bummer. we had to use the fire exit to get into our room late at night. stains were on the walls and there were dirty carpets, a dissapointment.
