Really good Hospitality and Tasty Breakfast

fresh breakfast comfortable beds clean room relaxing atmosphere

The breakfast was excellent and freshly served. The staff boxed up breakfasts that could not attend. Beds were comfortable (I slept very well) and the room was very clean. I appreciated the relaxing atmosphere.

The shower was a bit small, and I couldn't adjust the head downwards.

romantic theme helpful staff convenient parking close proximity

the room décor embraced a romantic theme, it enhanced the experience. i found the staff helpful, especially upon my late arrival. parking was convenient, located next to the inn. the castle is very close.

the stairs to my room were a bit steep, i had to carry my luggage carefully.

the beer garden is located at the rear, i imagine it is charming during warmer months. a wood-burning stove sits in the snug area, it offers cozy warmth. limited parking is available next to the inn, free parking is also opposite.

breakfast offered a really good choice, the presentation showed great care. tapas were available for the evening meal, i found them quite enjoyable. the bar downstairs was wonderful, it contributed to the overall experience.

The inn is very close to the motorway, it suited my travel plans perfectly. hardwick hall is easily accessible, i visited it with ease. the castle is also very close. It provides an opportunity for exploration.

The inclusive breakfast impressed me, with quality ingredients and attentive staff. I especially liked the extra options provided, a good touch I noticed. The location proved ideal due to its close proximity to the notable Bolsover Castle. The room was super clean, a very important factor for me.

I observed that the food portions seemed small. The chicken serving I received looked smaller compared to other meat options. This meant I left feeling a bit hungry, so perhaps portion sizes should be reviewed.

I enjoyed the well-appointed bedroom. It was decorated nicely. The traditional inn provided a cosy snug. The location was close to the castle. Food offered good value.

The toilet markings were unclear. I needed to ask for directions.

i loved how clean my beautiful double room shower was. the decor was good, a real treat for the eyes. the staff was attentive.. every request was met with a smile.

the steep stairs to my room were a bit challenging. car parking space was definitely limited, fitting only two cars. i also found the landlord's demeanor to be less cute than expected.

fresh items comfy beds kind staff

The breakfast had many fresh items. Expertly served it went beyond expectations. the beds were comfy and very clean. i liked that the staff were kind and boxed up breakfasts , that was very helpful.

The room was a little small and up narrow stairs. I found it tricky.
