sloping ceiling uncomfortable mattress

the meals tasted great and had a reasonable price i can't complain

my room felt quite cramped to leave the bed i had to shuffle sideways it also featured a sloping ceiling that required constant ducking i could also hear quite a lot of noise from both the doors and the pub itself the mattress wasn't doing me any favors either it seems.

helpful staff lovely atmosphere annoying toilet seat frozen prawns

The staff were helpful and the building had a lovely atmosphere.

The toilet seat in the bathroom kept falling forward, very annoying (especially at night). I also found that some items listed on the menu in the bedroom were unavailable in the restaurant. The prawn cocktail also seemed poor with a ton of wet lettuce and obviously frozen prawns.

The staff were good.

The room I was in was very noisy due to an external extraction fan, and it kept going all night. This disrupted my sleep despite the otherwise peaceful location!

I have visited about six times. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable and the linen was fresh. Food was delicious and staff served it promptly.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities

comfortable bed ample parking nice shower

I found the bed very comfortable. The bathroom offered plenty of light and a nice shower. I also appreciated the ample parking space which allowed for nice walks.

The pub's allergy information was not entirely accurate causing some issues with food choices.

the breakfast was tasty and a good size the staff were efficient and friendly. the pub had plenty of comfortable places to sit both inside and outside
