the room felt very clean and fresh to me. the bar food i ordered tasted nice, and all the staff were kind.
The pillows were just too soft. My head sunk right in, and i didn't get much support from them. i also woke up with a neck ache.

The evening meals tasted delicious. The breakfast also tasted very good and were a fuss-free experience because the staff are pleasant. I found ample parking at the hotel. I think this is important when you are travelling by car.
The television did not work because someone had not plugged the aerial in correctly.

the staff were great and organised food to my room. i found the room very clean and fresh. it was also warm and cosy with an comfortable bed. the bathroom was nice too.
the carpet probably needs a bit of revamp.

i found the restaurant staff accommodating and organised. the breakfast had good quality though the chef needs to learn how to cook poached eggs properly. the evening meal was good too.
