The room was very clean. I liked the tissues, bottled water and fridge in the room (those were nice touches!). The check in staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast finishes too early. It ends at 8:30 most days. I also found the pillows were plastic covered (they were very thin).

small bedsound insulation
the small bed in my single room was not great for a tall adult like me. i could also hear noises from the neighboring rooms it was not very soundproof. it made sleeping a little difficult as i could hear conversations and other disturbances next door

The room had a mini-fridge, a somewhat welcome amenity.
I found the double charge issue unsettling. Staff could not resolve it, that was annoying. I had to contact my bank to cancel the erroneous debit.

the room was super tidy, and the staff were super friendly, it was appreciated! they were helpful with special touches for me. i also found parking on site, which gave me a little peace of mind.
the tv in my room was a bit hit and miss. it could use an upgrade in my opinion. it worked fine for a while. but i did have issues with signal sometimes.

the location was very convenient for my travel needs. it offered easy access to nearby areas. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the places i wanted to visit.
