The shower was super sensitive to temperature (I almost burned myself!). It went from freezing cold to scalding hot almost instantly. The hotel felt aged and not very modern. I think it needs a refurbishment.

The location suited my needs perfectly. I travel to the area for work and the proximity to the office and local amenities is a big plus. i found the room very clean and well-equipped. the provided tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch.

Parking was difficult. The spaces were tight, and other businesses sometimes blocked access. i had to locate the owners to move their vehicles.

the location included parking and that was excellent. the entrance to the hotel felt very secure. there was a good quantity of towels available.

The skylight blind was difficult to close completely. It let in too much light in the morning.

My room included a double bed, and it was very comfortable. The television offered many channels for entertainment. I found tea and coffee facilities in the room, a sweet touch. Parking was available directly on site, very convenient for my car.

I noticed just a slight musty smell upon entering my room, though airing it out helped.

The check-in process used code boxes, and I faced no time restrictions, providing much flexibility. The room was tidy, with cleanliness being evident throughout the space. I found the location to be advantageous, as the wedding venue was quite close. Susannah was also quite helpful. She offered friendly assistance.

I experienced initial entry confusion. I think pre-arrival email instructions could reduce guest stress. the cleanliness was amazing, and security felt excellent. the shared dining room with a microwave offered added convenience. I really appreciated it.

the shower temperature was sensitive, varying rapidly from cold to hot (a bit dangerous, really).
