lovely retreat

beautiful furnishings excellent staff excellent facilities new build

the furnishings were beautiful, and the staff provided excellent service. i found the leisure facilities quite excellent too. They added a bonus to my stay.

i found a lack of makeup mirror and easily accessible sockets near a long mirror. also, the available sockets were placed behind the kettle (i nearly burned myself).

spacious room clean room no drawers amazing food cold room faulty thermostat non-functional tv

the rooms were spacious and clean. there were no drawers for storage. i used the bedside units instead. the food was amazing.

my room was cold. i tried to turn the heating up, but the thermostat wouldn't move. i turned on the tv and none of the channels worked

the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and modern. i had a lovely stay.

the tv was disappointing. there were only freeview and youtube. i had to download an app costing £6.99 to screencast, but it did not work.
