i found the free parking very convenient with plenty of spaces. the hotel seemed cute as well. the breakfast was good (especially the pastries).
i was disappointed to find that the club room i booked had no decaff coffee pods for the coffee machine. another call to reception confirmed that there was no decaff coffee in the hotel, they had run out weeks ago. signage to rooms and facilities was not great.

the hotel provided everything one could desire during a trip. Staff members were really nice too assist us. one particularly lovely lady named michelle served us breakfast. she greeted us with a radiant smile and offered suggestions for activities in the surrounding area.
the radiator made a loud noise with terrible heat control, and there was no air conditioning.

The fitness facilities were great. There were well-equipped gyms. i liked the swimming pool with its sauna and steam room. It was very relaxing. the staff were lovely, carrieann the receptionist was very helpful on registration.
the hotel needed some sprucing up and some work. in our bathroom, there were many broken tiles, a real safety hazard. the toilet did not flush well, requiring four flushes to work properly.

the breakfast was amazing!!! abbie and michelle gave a great service. the location of this hotel is also great. i especially liked how quickly i could access everything i needed!!!
the pool was a little disappointing. children had access only at certain hours. abrupt staff ruined my whole experience, though i have enjoyed it before. nachos at the bar were very overpriced!!!

Hannah gave me a VERY warm welcome when I arrived. My room was fresh and clean with a spacious walk in shower. Breakfast had plenty of variety and the pool area looked sparkling clean. I found the leisure facilities good and staff NICE.
