a mixed experience

poor foodcold bacon

Online check-in proved pointless. I still had to re-enter all my details at the front desk? the function i attended featured decidedly poor food. starters were a disgrace! the function manager seemed perpetually displeased, an odd atmosphere prevailed. breakfast also disappointed. Bacon was cold? i had to request sausages, tomatoes, and toast, and the eggs were poorly presented. the coffee machine even broke. I found it quite poor, especially given the three staff present at 10:00 am, yet items needed constant requesting. twice.

the bar closed very early at 9:45pm i tried to order room service but no one answered the phone air conditioning was set to 30 degrees i could not change it the heat was unbearable i mentioned these issues at checkout but received no apology

The privilege king room offered ample space and good lighting. the bed felt very comfortable. the bathroom includes two separate sinks. air conditioning worked efficiently. It maintained a consistent temperature in the room.
