central location lovely service
The location was central. I found easy access to shops and dining options. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and lovely service.
My room was located right next door to the lift. I heard the noise and vibration from it.

The central location made exploring the area easy. I found the breakfast selection quite awesome, with plenty of choice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also liked that parking arrangements were good, very helpful.
The room showed some signs of wear, I noticed shabby paint work.

fantastic stay!

super clean room wonderful experience
i was greeted warmly at reception. the receptionist double-checked my room. the room was super clean with no chipped paint. breakfast was plentiful and overall a wonderful experience!!!
i found no hooks in the room, and the wardrobe was too short for my dresses! i had to hang the coat hangers over the light fittings.

leaking toilet soaking floor
the breakfast was good i guess, nothing special but okay.
the toilet in my standard single room was leaking all night, so the floor was soaking wet. the staff didn't do anything about it when i complained. this, and i am not happy about it.
