the staff was helpful and kind, especially kathy at reception. day and night reception teams were also very friendly. the room cleaner ensured our room was pristine and left a welcome message. little essentials, like extra coffee and a toothbrush kit, were free at reception.
the phone in my room did not work. it wasn't a major issue. the air conditioning also seemed to have trouble keeping the room cool.

the pool was a good size and very clean. the gym facilities included treadmills and stationary bikes. i did not have time to use them but i liked having the option available.

The staff provided excellent service, I found them helpful and cute. The hotel boasts a swimming pool, spa, and gym available . I also appreciated the generous buffet breakfast, it included many choices.

The rooms are very clean. I loved the walk-in showers. The Double Room Sofa Bed Non-Smoking I stayed in included good linens and adequate space. It was a fine room. The quiet room ensured a restful night. I appreciated this.

The hotel's location is very convenient! particularly for visiting nearby attractions. It is a short drive to major cities, so travelling to attractions is easy. The hotel also offers ample free parking.

the staff were quite friendly (i liked that). breakfast had a superb variety of options, so that was a great start to the day. the hotel offered good facilities with a pool, which i thought was cool.
The room was fairly small when compared to other hotels i have stayed at. i noticed peeling wallpaper in the room and a very dirty chair. The room definitely needed a refresh. I am not sure why the cleaners didn't pick it up.
