non-working tv poor view
the staff was friendly i guess.
the room was so cold, the tv didnt work, and i saw a rubbish bins from the window. it. i think the room needed some serious updates.

The reception team was helpful. They informed us about the 24/7 food service. hot food was delivered to our room. the room was spacious and clean. the bed was especially comfortable.
The corridors stank. It needs refurbishment. the shower knobs fell off! the windows were not sound proof and were draughty. Especially in rooms that face the busy road opposite.

Fair stay, some issues present
good breakfast swimming pool friendly staff dated room coffee station high price
the breakfast selection was good. i found many choices for my breakfast. the swimming pool was nice. staff was nice and friendly.
my room seemed a little dated. i also noticed that the tea and coffee stations didn't meet my expectations. the price i paid didn't really match the room i got.
