helpful reception modern design tv carpet stains small gym dim lighting
the location was ideal for exploring. the staff at reception were very helpful, they assisted with directions. my room had a modern design and included a large, tv.
I noticed some stains on the carpet in the hallway. It was a bit off-putting. the gym was smaller than i expected. I wish it had more equipment. the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim, it made it hard to see.

convenient location evening beverages useful desk
The hotel's proximity to the train station made travel very convenient. I enjoyed the coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and water available each evening. The writing desk in the room proved useful during my work conference.
The tv in the room was quite small.

clean room comfortable room limited parking checking process
staff was cute. the room was super clean and cozy. location of hotel was very good. it was easy to get to the city center by walk from car park.
on site parking was limited. i was told to pre book and pre pay my parking slot via a website. this lengthened the checking in process.

The hotel location was superb, central to everything. Staff was very friendly, especially at reception. The room, a Club Double Room, it had a great size and the bed was large. I am grateful for that.

warm welcome blackout curtains thick towels
The welcome I received at the front desk was genuinely warm. My room had effective blackout curtains, and I slept soundly as a result. The bathroom towels felt thick , and luxurious.

spacious room well decorated room helpful staff faulty shower head broken egg breakfast temperature
the room was really spacious and well decorated. i appreciated the selection of teas, coffees, and biscuits provided. the staff were polite throughout my stay.
The shower head needed some cleaning. It didn't work properly and water sprayed everywhere. breakfast wasn't very hot and the fried egg was broken. i was told at reception that i had an upgrade, but there were some issues
