the location was ideal for exploring. the staff at reception were very helpful, they assisted with directions. my room had a modern design and included a large, tv.
I noticed some stains on the carpet in the hallway. It was a bit off-putting. the gym was smaller than i expected. I wish it had more equipment. the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim, it made it hard to see.

The hotel's proximity to the train station made travel very convenient. I enjoyed the coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and water available each evening. The writing desk in the room proved useful during my work conference.

staff was cute. the room was very comfy and tidy. location of hotel was very good. it was easy to get to the city center by walk from car park.
on site parking was limited. i was told to pre book and pre pay my parking slot via a website. this lengthened the checking in process.

we stayed two nights. we were very happy with the upgrade upon arrival (it was a lovely surprise). the room had a spacious bed. i appreciated the traditional heritage feel of the building. i found that it added to the charm.
The parking was a bit limited. we managed to find a spot.

the room was really spacious and well decorated. i appreciated the selection of teas, coffees, and biscuits provided. the staff were polite throughout my stay.
The shower head needed some cleaning. It didn't work properly and water sprayed everywhere. breakfast wasn't very hot and the fried egg was broken. i was told at reception that i had an upgrade, but there were some issues
