Wonderful Stay

I found the staff to be very attentive. They helped me greatly when I had a small issue with my car upon my arrival. Sophie at reception and Gio and Jo were very good people. The hotel gives off a friendly feel because of its location.
My room felt a little cold when I arrived. There was also a slight smell of cigarette smoke that was not pleasant. It did take a little time to warm up the room properly.

The hotel is in a great spot and easy to access nearby places. I walked a short distance to Hickory's restaurant. The Lincoln Golf Centre is also quite accessible from the hotel area.

The staff was friendly and ready to assist with anything. I asked for an additional pillow and received it quickly. Jemma was pleasant and efficient at the charter lunch. It was a joyful occasion.

the staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring every need was met promptly! i enjoyed access to the pool, it was quiet, it was a real treat. the hotel was clean and very well maintained, i noticed this everywhere. the comfy beds provided a restful sleep!
the building is old and needs some renovating, but it didn't detract too much from my stay.

the breakfast featured really good quality items, i noticed a very good selection of food. the food was AMAZING!!! it was presented buffet style, and it provided a convenient and satisfying start to my day. the dining area was also very clean.

the breakfast room was lovely. it had lots of options clearly labeled for dietary requirements. there were even gluten-free cereals available without me having to request them. the staff were all very friendly.
the hotel signage is awful. i struggled to find it and my sat nav did not help. the hotel room i had been given was right by the main road. the windows gave no noise reduction, so all night i heard traffic going past.
