staff were friendly and the hotel maintained a quiet atmosphere. my mini double room was clean and well-equipped. I checked in early and checkout was smooth. the bed and pillows were very comfortable for a solo female guest.
the room lighting was somewhat dim, particularly over the mirrors. i also noticed a slight musty smell, likely due to limited natural ventilation.

The building is attractive and the location is very accessible. I found the room itself was a good size and clean. I appreciated the good shower, lovely toiletries, and refreshments. The heating was easily controlled, I was able to make the room warm and cosy.
The windows in the room couldn't be opened fully and I found this affected fresh air circulation.
