beautiful fabricscozy firefriendly staff
The room décor included furnishing fabrics I found beautiful. Individual seating areas featured a cozy fire. I spent significant time there. The staff were always friendly, even when the hotel was busy.
The bar snack selection could be expanded.

i was a little disappointed with the dining experience it took a very long time for anyone to clear our glasses after dinner also no one offered us more drinks while we waited for our taxi i expected better service since this hotel is considered one of the best in the area more staff would have helped on a busy saturday night. another thing is butter should have been served with the cheeseboard it seemed like a basic oversight

I enjoyed breakfast. It was superb and great value. The lady at breakfast offered five-star service. She made nothing too much trouble. Tea, coffee, biscuits, and water were available in the room. I really liked this.
I noticed the hotel does not have a lounge area. I could not relax there. The bar and restaurant seemed not particularly relaxing.

The hotel provides plentiful parking. It is convenient and well-kept, with several spaces close to the entrance and good lighting which make it easier to find a spot during late arrival hours.

The staff was friendly. They were cute, and. Helen at the front desk gives service, always gives a smile, and goes the extra mile for customer service.

Our classic double room featured cosy decor and lovely lighting. The radio played upon arrival, a relaxing touch. Great tea and coffee facilities in our room were available for a relaxing morning.

I had a really nice time! the breakfast was really good. It might be the best full english breakfast i've ever had in a hotel. this place welcomes dogs, and the free parking was a real bonus! the bed was comfortable and the room had a good selection of tea and coffee.
